It’s a blog. It’s my thoughts. It’s my ideas.
It’s a place where I can “do me” as opposed to worrying about being “PC”.
It’s my online getaway to say what I want, when I want, and how I want without worrying about “The Man” having a hand in my actions, pissing on my work, and claiming it as his own. More than anything else, it’s my passion for fitness and athletic performance enhancement.
At Overdrive Fitness, you will get to learn more about me as a trainer, and you will also get a sneak peak at some of the things I do with my clients. I promise you nothing but my honest opinion sans psycho-babble-bull$h*t (…ok, maybe some to spice up the literature for comic relief).
